This quote is straight from the xbox.com site:
"No levels. No load times. Just never-ending action that doesn't stop until you leave the game. "
Bullshit. Now I am a Tony Hawk gamer. I have been since the first one and I am the only one on the hardcore gamer staff who is, now that ConQ is Hawaii-bound. I hated THUG2 and thought THUG1 was so-so. But still, the opportunity for some easy gamerpoints and solid Xbox Live play was too good to pass up. I blew through the classic more first, 53/60 goals in 2.5 hours. Then it was on to the story. I was pumped for the "no load time" sandbox approach. All was well and good in Hollywood until it was time to go to Beverly Hills and then the bullshit started. If by "no load times" they meant "skating endless hallways between cities, then they were right...

If there was any doubt in your mind, that IGN was run by a bunch of people who never actually play the games they love or hate, look no further then their "Rare: Back in the Saddle?" article.
"Take-Away Arguments: [sic]PDZ is archaic in many ways and Kameo doesn't justify a purchase; these games are made for the masses, not hardcore gamers; Rare's glory days are over."
Yet, just one page earlier they stated the following:
"Rare is back. [sic] But Rare's two games did make day one launch, and they're both good titles. Both have distinguished qualities warranting purchase."
Come again? How the  do they know what is made for a hardcore gamer, when clearly they aren't hardcore gamers? Click the "More..." link for more ass-kissing in the article.
