The Mole had a story up suggesting the possibility of a July Nintendo launch at $199 or even pull an apple and launch a suprise attack. When the name was the Revolution I could've seen it, but not now that Nintendo renamed it to the Wii. Of course you can draw comparisons between Nintendo's past history vs. Apple as an insider brand. So who knows? Either way, I know E3 is going to be tornado of activity, with the hardcore gamer in the eye.
The mole's page is gone now, but we've rescued the text, read it if you missed it.

Either E3 is making the publishers go crazy or this has to be a joke... Did they really just rename the Revolution to the Wii? C'mon, Nintendo wii wii. Mom, can I play with my wii? Makes me miss the days of the Nintendo "Dolphin", which was the first codename for the Nintendo Gamecube. And before that there was the Ultra 64 which eventually became the N64. Branding is everything and anything can be made to seem cool, but Nintendo is really starting behind the 8 ball here.
