Let me first say that to those gamers that know and love World of Warcraft, or even people with more than 2 functioning brain cells who know Uwe Boll for the worthless toilet floater that he is, you need not fear. Uwe Boll went to Blizzard to tell them he wanted to create another of his abominations, by bringing the world of Azeroth to the big screen. Blizzard's response was the best official corporate response about anything, to anyone, anywhere.
Paul Sams of Blizzard told Uwe Boll: ‘We will not sell the movie rights, not to you...especially not to you,’

And just in case you are a blubbering lobotomy patient that thinks Uwe Boll is an 'artist with vision', let's just take a gander at what this diarrhea splatter had to say about gamers like us:
"And to be honest, the real gamers are the typical download guys, right? They don’t pay anything for movies, because they illegally download the movies. So why I should please these guys? I need the normal audience."
Speaking for myself, Uwe Boll your movies are so astoundingly shitty that I would rather spend two hours watching old people hump than waste a chunk of my life to see another one of the travesties that you somehow get movie studios to dish out millions of dollars for. Your movies suck so hard that two hours of Wilford Brimley masturbating would pull in better box office returns. Please please please for the love of the everything that does not suck, please stop making movies.
